The Greenbuild International Conference & Expo has experienced tremendous growth since it’s inception in 2002. USGBC has worked through many challenges to accommodate the demand for new exhibit space as many eager and well-respected companies contact us each day. Our goal is to service our existing exhibitors and accommodate new companies that are interested in exhibiting at Greenbuild within the limited space available.

Exhibit space for the 2009 Greenbuild International Conference & Expo in Phoenix, AZ is assigned by the procedures outlined below:

• 2008 Greenbuild exhibitors selected and purchased space for Greenbuild 2009 while on-site at Greenbuild 2008


• Companies who were on the official Greenbuild 2008 wait list (completed a 2008 application), will be offered a 10’ x 10’ booth space for Greenbuild 2009. This will be completed by January 31, 2009.


• New companies who contacted the Greenbuild Show Management company prior to Greenbuild 2008 and on-site at Greenbuild 2008 will be contacted in early February, 2009 and offered the remaining space. All new companies are also limited to a 10’ x 10’ booth.


• Once all space has been reserved, a new wait list will be started.
